Utilizing Psychodynamic Thinking for the Challenges of People Leadership
Participants: Senior HR leaders
Format: 90-minute monthly meetings via Zoom
Schedule: December to May, First Wednesday of the month 1:00-2:2:30 PM
Increasingly, and most especially in the last year, HR leaders have been poised to envision and support their businesses and organizations in ways that many have never encountered before. The pressures of rapid decision- making, profound human complexity, and intense disruption to working norms have asked more of HR leaders than ever. As internal consultants to their systems, HR leaders will learn how a psychoanalytic lens can meaningfully illuminate and strengthen their work and ability to lead. Applying a psychodynamic perspective, participants will be able to explore and understand their work in a powerful new way that can be applied to their lived work experience.
